OTHER BUILDINGS CONSIDERED AS PROJECTS FOR THE TRUST
1) Chantry Cottages, Oxborough: feasibility study undertaken by the Trust and attempts made to negotiate a purchase but the cottages were eventually repaired by a new owner.
2) Chestnut View, Long Stratton: privately restored.
3) Three barns at The Priory, Litcham: sold and converted by a private developer.
4) Dale House, E. Dereham: the Trust undertook a feasibility study and tried to negotiate a purchase. Sold and converted by a private developer.
5) 49, 51, & 53 Damgate Street, Wymondham: converted into one house by a new owner.
6) Thorpe Old Hall: the Trust applied for planning permission to restore the building and this prompted action by other parties. The Hall was eventually repaired by a new owner.
7) Gunton Park Tower: the Trust undertook a feasibility study and prompted emergency repairs by the County Council. Residential conversion undertaken by a private developer.
8) 21, Tunn Street, Fakenham: the Trust undertook a full feasibility study and made an offer to purchase. Sold and restored by a private owner.
9) Manor Farmhouse, Walpole St Peter: the Trust's offer to purchase was accepted but the sale fell through when the owner died. Full feasibility study undertaken by the Trust and plans drawn up for planning permission. Eventually restored by a private developer.
10) Old Hall Farmhouse, Smallburgh: feasibility study undertaken and negotiations opened with owner but the property was sold and repaired by a new owner.
